These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Ziv Construction ("Ziv Construction," "we," "us," or "our") and your participation in our SMS/text messaging program. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Services
Ziv Construction is a licensed Washington State general contractor (License #CCZIVCOCI856P2) providing kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, flooring and tile, fireplace remodels, home repairs, whole-home remodels, and ADU / home additions in Auburn, WA and surrounding communities. Specific project scope, pricing, and warranties are set out in individual written agreements with each customer.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
3.1 Consent
By checking the text-message opt-in box(es) on our quote form or otherwise providing your mobile number with express consent, you agree to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Ziv Construction at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving an estimate.
3.2 Types of Messages
- Non-marketing (transactional) messages: appointment reminders, quote updates, scheduling confirmations, project status notifications, invoices, and follow-up on your request.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in): promotions, seasonal offers, and special announcements.
3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your project and the communications you have opted in to.
3.4 Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply when sending or receiving text messages. Contact your mobile phone provider for details regarding your text messaging and data plans.
3.5 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you text STOP, we will send you a confirmation message indicating that you have unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us.

3.7 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Message delivery depends on the carrier, and we are not responsible for any delay or failure of a carrier to transmit messages.
3.8 Use of Information
We do not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your mobile information or SMS/Text messaging originator opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Data sharing with subcontractors for necessary service operations (such as customer service, scheduling, and messaging delivery) is permitted.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and photos — is the property of Ziv Construction or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

When you submit a form, upload photos, or communicate with us, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. You represent that the mobile number you provide is yours or that you are authorized to provide it.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Specific warranties for construction work are set out in your individual project agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziv Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or messaging program.
8. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the website or the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
